Help us shape the quality of new homes before the customer moves in. Every site visit, inspection and conversation you have helps make sure customers move into safe, well-built homes they can be proud of. If you're working in residential construction, site inspection or quality assurance and want more variety, influence and a clear route into a Technical Quality Manager career, this could be your next move. ·Record findings clearly using photos, measurements and inspection notes
·Support Technical Quality Managers with inspections, reporting and follow-up actions
·Help protect customer experience through handover and defect inspections

    Why join us
This is a great opportunity to build a career in technical quality while working on a varied programme of new homes.
